Carpaccio Di Manzo (Raw Beef With Parmesan And Parsley)
150g beef fillet
Parmesan shavings
picked parsley leaves
salt & Pepper
Olive Oil
Wrap your fillet in cling film and place in the freezer for about 10 - 15 minutes, just to soldify it slightly and make it easier to slice thinly.
Slice your fillet into thin sheets as thin as you can.
Place each slice of fillet between two slices of cling film and bash thinner with a meat mallet our rolling pin.
Arrange each slice over a plate until the surface is almost covered then sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley, then season with the salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
