Pizza with king prawns, mussels, tomatoes,
courgettes, chilli and rocket
1 Quantity Pizza Dough or Pre-bought Pizza Base
5 Tbsp Tomato Passata
1 Ball Mozzarella, sliced
75g raw peeled king prawns
75g (about) cooked mussels, removed from their shells
75g raw peeled king prawns
75g (about) cooked mussels, removed from their shells
10 cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 courgette, thinly sliced
dried oregano
dried chilli
dried chilli
handful rocket
olive oil
Pre-heat oven to 220 centigrade/ Gas Mark 6
Roll out pizza dough to form a large 12 inch circle, place dough in a pre-oiled pizza tray or on a floured pizza stone.
Dollop passata onto centre of the dough and use a spoon or ladle to spread over the base, leaving a good 1 inch crust around the outside.
Place the sliced mozzarella over the passata, then scatter the sliced courgettes, cooked mussels, raw prawns and tomato pieces over the top then sprinkle with dried oregano and dried chilli.
Drizzle with oil and cook in the pre-heated oven for 20 minutes or till dough becomes cooked and golden.
Remove from oven scatter with the rocket and serve straight away.
