Ham, Tomato And Mushroom Tomatoes

1 Quantity wholemeal pizza dough or Pre-bought Pizza Base
5 Tbsp Tomato Passata
1 Ball Mozzarella, grated
50g Parmesan, grated
2 tomatoes, sliced
3 slices of ham, torn
3 mushrooms, thinly sliced
few basil leaves, torn
olive oil

Pre-heat oven to 220 centigrade/ Gas Mark 6
Roll out pizza dough to form a large 12 inch circle, place dough in a pre-oiled pizza tray or on a floured pizza stone.

Dollop passata onto centre of the dough and use a spoon or ladle to spread over the base, leaving a good 1 inch crust around the outside.

Place the tomato slices, ham slices and mushrooms over the top. Sprinkle the mozzarella and  Parmesan over the top.
Drizzle with oil and cook in the pre-heated oven for 20 minutes or till dough becomes cooked and golden.
Remove from oven, scatter with torn basil and eat straight away
